Covering 24 miles and almost 5,000ft of climbing, the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge starts in the village of Horton-in-Ribblesdale in stunning Yorkshire.
The route initially climbs to the first peak, Pen-y-Ghent, where great views over the surrounding area can be found.
It’s a long walk along a flatter section through beautiful countryside, before you approach Ribblehead Viaduct, as you start the long ascent to Whernside, the highest mountain of the challenge.
With Ingleborough now in sight, you’ll set your sights on the summit as the path climbs sharply up to the top. Enjoy the fantastic panoramic views over the Yorkshire Dales National Park, before descending past sections of limestone pavement on your way to the finish, to celebrate this fantastic achievement.
